Kaneohe Yachting Foundation
Introduction

Our non-profit foundation (KYF) was formed in 1991 to promote and support water sports education and competition with particular emphasis on Windward O`ahu youth. Over the years we have supported various youths to attend sailing clinics and regattas around the world, provided scholarships for Windward O'ahu youths to attend sailing classes at Kaneohe Yacht Club (for non-members only), supported international sailing competition for adults for particularly prestigious events and provided limited support for other organizations. At times we provide special support for Windward water sports such as matching funds for Kaneohe Canoe Club to purchase a koa canoe and equipment to support sailing classes at Kaneohe Yacht Club. We welcome applications from the community for support in any of these areas.
